This newly established position arises from our growth trajectory.
You will serve as a hands-on 3rd line technician and team supervisor, leading a small group of 2 engineers dedicated to supporting a key operational site and approximately 400 personnel.


Your responsibilities will encompass the ongoing management of all infrastructure and business applications, necessitating a versatile skill set with a robust background in 2nd/3rd line support within Microsoft / Active Directory / 365 / Azure environments.


Key Responsibilities Include:
• IT Security Management (ISO compliance, patch management, etc.)
• Networking Oversight
• Service Delivery Management (SLA adherence)
• Linux Support
• MS Dynamics Assistance
• SQL Server Management


Crucially, you will thrive in a leadership capacity, acting as a coach, mentor, and escalation point, while also participating in recruitment and resource planning alongside your manager to ensure the team is equipped to deliver exceptional service to the organization.

You will have the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days a week once you are acclimated to the role.
