About the Role
Hargreaves Lansdown is seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to join our IT Audit Team. As an IT Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end IT internal audit engagements, ensuring all audit work is performed to a high standard, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT internal audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships across the business, including with senior management and IT teams.
- Help Hargreaves Lansdown achieve its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management and control processes across all business areas.
- Apply strong analytical skills to consider how data can be mined for data-led insights and effective audit testing.
- Confidently feed into the audit planning process using a strategic standpoint, built on experience.
- Experience in auditing technical security and resilience IT controls across the technology stack, including application and infrastructure layers.
- Experience in auditing transformation and change, particularly IT change.
- Working knowledge of data analytics.
- Proven delivery of independently managing end-to-end audits with high-quality reporting.
- Internal IT audit experience within financial services is preferred.
Working Arrangements
This role is based in our Bristol head office and is a permanent, full-time position. We offer a hybrid flexible working pattern, allowing you to work from home and come into the office two days a week.
