We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner to join our EMEA Human Resources team. As a key member of the HR Business Partner team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to drive business performance and achieve strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with EMEA leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage HR partnership with the EMEA team and operate as a critical business partner to associates.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to drive business performance and improve associate relations.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to associates at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Manage resourcing and staffing strategy through close partnership with leaders.
  • Guide organizational design and assist leaders through structural shifts.
  • Partner with compensation on job offers, internal promotions, and compensation actions.
  • Act as project manager for HR-related initiatives.
  • Input associate information into various HRIS systems and analyze data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
  • 7+ years of HR experience preferred (or related experience with managing people).
  • Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of human resources management systems a plus.
