About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PR and Communications Manager to join our team at RSC. As a key member of our Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our external communications strategy, building our reputation as a modern, responsible brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports our ESG agenda.
  • Work closely with our agency partner, Headland, to deliver impactful campaigns and manage our corporate reputation.
  • Lead our visible leadership programme, working with senior leadership to raise our profile and make our good growth story visible through effective storytelling.
  • Provide strategic counsel and briefings for senior leadership on key issues and engagement with media.
  • Harness the power of storytelling to create compelling narratives and key messages that resonate with our stakeholders.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders and advise senior leadership on significant reputational issues.
  • Project manage brilliant, reputation-building communications campaigns that bring to life our ESG agenda and commitments to being a responsible business.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in PR or communications, with a strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns and managing corporate reputation.
  • Experience in the food and drink sector, with an understanding of franchise business models.
  • Strong crisis and issues expertise, with the ability to manage complex business structures and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of advising senior leadership on business and reputation critical issues.
  • Experience developing comms and copy for multiple channels, including social media.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
