Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our team at ACS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist support and guidance on all aspects of total rewards, including pay, benefits, and employee value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the ACS pay policy, ensuring consistency across the organization.
  • Undertake reward research and data collection and analysis to ensure transparency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure data and legal movements impacting reward are properly managed.
  • Support the HR Director in the annual pay review process, including financial modeling and employee communications.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee benefits, including running the annual benefit enrolment process and coordinating regular employee benefit briefings.
Requirements
  • Qualified HR generalist level 5 plus or equivalent with relevant HR experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Numerate with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Logical thinker with the ability to explore concepts.
  • Working knowledge of regulations around benefits and pay.
  • Able to work independently with drive and initiative.
