Location: Hybrid - 1 or 2 Days Central London Office, 3 or 4 Days Home

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of responsible sourcing and responsible supply chains, and will be responsible for reviewing audit reports, ensuring the credibility of our Code of Practice and Chain of Custody Standards implementation, and reporting of audit results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review audit reports and ensure the credibility of our Code of Practice and Chain of Custody Standards implementation
  • Report on audit results and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Assurance Team to ensure the effective implementation of our standards
  • Provide excellent support to our certified members
  • Contribute to the Certification Team workflow and report to the Senior Certification Manager

Requirements:

  • Experience of assurance and certification systems or auditing, in environmental or social standard systems
  • Understanding of responsible business practices and environmental and social issues (e.g. labour and working conditions, responsible sourcing and human rights, environmental management, etc.)
  • Experience communicating with external stakeholders
  • High proficiency in verbal and written English, ability to communicate complex technical terms concisely (in plain English) and familiarity with the language used for standards
  • Excellent and professional customer service and great interpersonal skills
  • Project Management
  • Attention to detail
  • Initiative, problem solving skills, collaborative
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, working both independently and within a team

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with voluntary standards, certification schemes and initiatives
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in other languages used by members is beneficial (e.g. French, Italian, German)
