The RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of their portfolio, support revenue and profitability targets, and develop enduring client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression, and closure, ensuring timely completion of all aspects of casework.
- Conduct investigations into conduct, attending interviews with relevant parties.
- Collaborate with directors and employees on case-related matters, liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues.
- Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends.
- ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified.
- Essential insolvency experience, with confidence in managing asset valuations and realizations independently.
- Ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress.
- Experienced case handler.
