Job Summary

Advantage Healthcare Limited is seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their homes and communities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy, ventilation, and stoma care.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Support clients with communication needs, including non-verbal clients.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in tracheostomy, peg feeding, suctioning, and caring for non-verbal clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
