Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise and review analysis for enquiries and escalations related to assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Design and implement operational procedures for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Maintain key Compliance Management frameworks and programmes, including main systems and tools.
  • Develop and deliver Compliance-related Communications and Training, including courses and materials.
  • Manage Compliance Team Folders according to procedures.
  • Update and maintain Compliance Team Registers and Records.
  • Create Reports (MI) on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Manage personal workload and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and Compliance Managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
