Sales Manager - FMCG Products (Grocery)

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in the FMCG sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the grocery sector
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Provide insights into trends and consumer behaviors to inform product development
  • Lead and mentor sales professionals to foster a positive business culture
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales and account management within the grocery or FMCG sector
  • Track record of winning and managing key accounts and hitting targets
  • Able to upsell both brand and private label technical capabilities
  • Negotiating and managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Leadership and team management exposure
  • Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite
