Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at MM Search. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for leading financial analysis and planning activities across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making.
  2. Lead the annual and long-term budgeting processes for allocated business units.
  3. Collaborate with the Director of Strategic (Finance and Business) Planning to design and implement a program of optimisation and efficiencies.
  4. Provide finance business partner support for assigned cost centres, organisational business cases, Human Resources, key Procurement decisions, Fundraising Marketing and Communications, Facilities management, Accommodation and Capital projects.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified Accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent).
  • Highly proficient in creating, operating and developing financial reports and models using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset - proactive and keen to find more efficient ways of working.
  • Excellent communication skills and the presence to challenge senior managers effectively.
