Our Real Estate Planning team at Womble Bond Dickinson is renowned for its exceptional expertise in advising on high-profile developments across the UK. From offshore wind farms to major residential schemes, new rail and road projects, airport developments, and waste and mineral projects, our national team offers a comprehensive range of services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on large-scale development consent orders
  • Assist with project management and support our national real estate practice
  • Provide strategic planning advice and review environmental statements
  • Handle inquiries, examinations, and judicial reviews relating to planning matters
Requirements
  • A legal qualification with 5+ years post-admission experience gained within a planning team
  • Knowledge of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Planning Act 2008
  • Experience of planning agreements and highway agreements
