Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FM Administrator to join our team. As an FM Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our facilities management operations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our engineering team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist with facilities management tasks, such as maintenance scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support business needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
