About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Off Trade / Grocery Sales Team at Sazerac UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, creating growth plans, and driving sales into accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage customer strategic business plans, including promotional and activation plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with grocery buyers and their teams.
  • Proactively manage sales into accounts, ensuring budgets and targets are achieved.
  • Support the team in commercial negotiations and P&L management.
  • Provide accurate and timely inputs into the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG.
  • Strong selling ability and experience selling into and managing grocery accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent negotiating skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
