Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  2. Collaborate with clients to evaluate project feasibility and develop proposals.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments of material quantities, costs, and resource requirements.
  4. Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing subcontractors and construction phases.
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members, facilitating seamless collaboration.
  6. Offer mentorship, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
  7. Manage application processes and documentation, maintaining cash flow forecasts.
  8. Ensure adherence to A.C.Beck & Son (Contracts) Ltd ISO standards and policies.
Requirements:
  1. Qualification or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field.
  2. Experience in the construction industry, although not essential.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in ISO standards and construction regulations.
  5. Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
  6. Expertise in cost control, financial analysis, and reporting.
  7. Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  8. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
