We are seeking a skilled Water Hygiene Technician to join our team at Apleona. As a key member of our facilities management services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality water hygiene services to our clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Onsite testing of water systems, including water softeners, UV systems, and chlorine dioxide dosing plants.
- Taking water samples for laboratory analysis and temperature monitoring.
- Cleaning, disinfection, and descaling of water systems and appliances.
- Providing site and client-based contract management and service support.
- Quoting new works following site visits and lab reports.
- Attending monthly meetings with clients and contract managers.
- Legionella awareness training.
- Demonstrable experience in the water treatment industry.
- Working knowledge of AcOP L8 and HSG 274 or Parts 1, 2, and 3.
- Ability to demonstrate risk assessor and pre-commission cleaning skills.
- Ability to demonstrate plumbing skills and service/installation of water treatment equipment.
