Join Our Team as a Technical Actuarial Pensions Specialist

IDEX Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Technical Actuarial Pensions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our GB Retirement practice, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our exciting growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on both trustee and corporate assignments, utilizing your expertise in core UK defined benefit actuarial work.
  • Support our leaders in the market, providing high-quality actuarial services.
  • Develop your skills through extensive training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience in core UK defined benefit actuarial work, with a strong understanding of actuarial principles and practices.
  • Progression towards Fellowship of the IFoA, with a strong desire to continue learning and growing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong client-service orientation, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage small teams and projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to challenge yourself and step outside of your comfort zone.
