IDEX Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Technical Actuarial Pensions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our GB Retirement practice, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our exciting growth strategy.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced actuary with a strong background in core UK defined benefit pensions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on trustee and corporate assignments, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management of large teams and projects
  • Delegation and coaching of junior associates
  • Client-service orientation and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in client teams
  • Proven experience in actuarial work, with a focus on core UK defined benefit pensions
Requirements
  • Experience of core UK defined benefit actuarial work
  • Likely to have made some progression towards Fellowship of the IFoA
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client-service orientation
  • Proven experience of project management of large teams and projects
