NPI Administrator Role

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled NPI Administrator to join our team in Prestwick, United Kingdom. As an NPI Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our NPI Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform database management and dashboard updates to maintain accurate and up-to-date status of NPIs.
  • Manage productivity projects tracking in our system, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain NPI Engineering databases related to NPIs and productivity projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Scrap part management, including database maintenance, ordering, and storage of scrap parts.
  • Manage the Lesson Learned Database, capturing and documenting key insights and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or Diploma.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
