Position Overview:
The Agile Coach will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization towards effective Agile practices. The ideal candidate will possess a SAFe Agile certification and have a proven track record of leading Organizational Release Trains. Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions.
- Coaching teams to foster an Agile mindset across the organization.
- Assessing team maturity levels and providing tailored coaching to enhance their capabilities.
- Identifying and addressing impediments to progress.
- Establishing constructive relationships with Product Owners, Development teams, and stakeholders.
- Supporting the implementation of Scrum ceremonies to ensure full team engagement.
- Training and mentoring Scrum team members on roles and responsibilities.
- Promoting Agile best practices through the establishment of an Agile Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Engaging leadership to drive Agile adoption initiatives.
- Possessing knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and DevOps practices.
Key Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a SAFe Agile Coach, with strong expertise in Jira and Confluence configuration. Experience in distributed Agile environments is essential. The candidate should be proficient in various Agile frameworks, including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP.
In this role, you will act as a change agent, influencing teams to enhance their Agile practices and deliver high-quality product increments. Your ability to engage with teams and leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
