The Opportunity:

Avantor is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Dunboyne, Meath. As a key member of our Lab and Production Services department, you will be responsible for analyzing inventory consumption metrics, recommending actions based on insights, and leading process improvements to strengthen our capabilities on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in inventory management and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve our processes and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
