Key Responsibilities:- Input invoices onto the purchase ledger with accuracy and attention to detail
- Review invoices to ensure all details are correct and complete
- Reconcile statements to ensure financial accuracy
- Process payment runs in a timely and efficient manner
- Create new supplier accounts and manage existing ones
- Process payments and ensure invoices have the necessary authorisation
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication
- Existing Purchase Ledger experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
- Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is necessary
- Pro-active with a can-do approach and good interpersonal skills
This role will provide a salary up to £26,000 depending on experience, as well as a benefits package including hybrid working, career progression opportunities, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, on-site parking, company pension scheme, work social events, and more.
