Compensation: This role offers a competitive salary of up to £25,350 annually, along with a performance-based bonus, providing a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving team.
Key Responsibilities:- Addressing customer inquiries through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and internal systems.
- Working closely with our logistics coordinators to ensure we uphold the exceptional service standards promised to our clients.
- Swiftly resolving customer issues and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
- Offering both reactive and proactive support to enhance customer loyalty.
- Providing clients with updates on estimated times of arrival and service history as required.
Work Environment: This is a full-time, permanent position, operating Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm. The organization is located in a serene office setting, ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere.
