This is an exciting opportunity to join Thrifty Car & Van Rental as a Vehicle Valeter, where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of vehicle presentation and quality. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and preparing vehicles for rental, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and prepare vehicles for rental, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Conduct quality checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working order
- Identify and report any defects or issues with vehicles
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure vehicles are properly maintained and repaired
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays
