Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Proactively engage in internal and external sales calls to maximize sales potential
- Operate the trade counter and provide excellent customer service
- Take full responsibility for the branch in the manager's absence
- Implement and maintain a Zero Harm Health and Safety policy
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in the trade/construction industry
- Good knowledge of products and services
- Previous exposure to all aspects of a branch, including Sales, Operations, Administration, and Stock Control
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Methodical approach and attention to detail
- Self-motivation and ability to adapt to change
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, and a pension scheme. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
