Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Proactively engage in internal and external sales calls to maximize sales potential
  • Operate the trade counter and provide excellent customer service
  • Take full responsibility for the branch in the manager's absence
  • Implement and maintain a Zero Harm Health and Safety policy

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in the trade/construction industry
  • Good knowledge of products and services
  • Previous exposure to all aspects of a branch, including Sales, Operations, Administration, and Stock Control
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Methodical approach and attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and ability to adapt to change
