Job Summary

The Deputy General Manager will play a key role in assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes monitoring the training and development needs of staff, ensuring effective communication between departments, and maintaining high staff morale. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with a fun and friendly personality, able to create and maintain strong customer relationships.
