As a Reinsurance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client portfolios, taking full responsibility for client accounts, premiums, and claims
  • Assessing and submitting client and/or reinsurer presentation materials and communications
  • Collaborating with credit control to assist with the collection of funds
  • Managing all brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, post-booking receipt, payment of funds, and all process steps
  • Resolving issues, problems, and queries

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience working within an Insurance technical or Claims Handling role
  • Successful handling of workload with the ability to manage expectations of all clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to engage with clients, market contacts, and colleagues in a professional manner
