Senior Reinsurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Reinsurance Technician to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. As a key member of our Reinsurance Division, you will be responsible for managing complex portfolios and providing technical support to clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client portfolios, including technical duties related to client accounts, premiums, and claims.
- Assess and submit client and reinsurer presentation materials and communications.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced colleagues.
- Work with credit control to assist with collection of funds.
- Manage all brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, post-booking receipt, payment of funds, and all management and transactional process steps.
- Experience working within a Reinsurance technical role.
- Successful management of workload with ability to manage expectations of all clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to engage and negotiate with clients, market contacts, and colleagues in a professional manner.
