Role Overview
As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will be responsible for a range of bookkeeping tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable effectively.
- Reconcile bank statements diligently to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records for all company accounts, particularly client accounts.
- Track cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.
- Experience handling client accounts is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong bookkeeping skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
