We are seeking a skilled Data Management Analyst to contribute to our ongoing digital transformation initiatives at Hargreaves Lansdown. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that Critical Data adheres to quality standards and governance protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and define Critical Data Elements utilized in various business scenarios.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess and clarify Critical Data requirements.
- Implement measures for Data Quality within a Data Management framework.
- Assist in Data Migration processes and support Business Analysts with Data Mapping tasks.
- Generate insights on Data Quality to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Recommend remediation strategies to stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, particularly concerning Client Master Data.
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis and trend identification.
- Experience with low-code Data Management solutions.
- Familiarity with Data Ownership Frameworks and Data Migration processes.
- Possession of DAMA and DCAM certifications.
