Contract Support Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Manager to join our Estate Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of grounds maintenance, cleaning, window cleaning, and waste removal contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supporting the delivery of grounds maintenance, cleaning, window cleaning, and waste removal contracts
* Arranging and attending review meetings
* Regular meetings with contractors' staff
* Detailed record keeping
* Regular on-site monitoring of contractor performance

**Requirements**

* Current basic DBS certificate
* Experience of client-side grounds maintenance contract management
* Good knowledge of amenity horticulture
* Knowledge of applicable Health & Safety requirements
* Excellent customer service skills
* Familiar with and competent in the use of IT systems including Excel & Word

**About the Role**

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. You will be based in the South West of England, covering 600+ sites located in Bath, Bristol, and Somerset. The salary for this role is £35,196 per annum pro rata.
