About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Food Technologist to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing and improving food products that meet the highest standards of quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve food products that align with market trends and consumer preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to production
  • Conduct research on consumer markets and latest technologies to create new product concepts
  • Select raw materials and ingredients and prepare product costings to ensure profitability
  • Run trials of new products and coordinate first productions
  • Handle customer complaints and product issues, and collaborate on long-term projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Requirements
  • Previous technical knowledge of food development
  • Passion for creative product development in the food sector
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • High levels of proactivity and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on keeping the consumer at the centre of our efforts
