Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Technologist to join our team at Kellogg's. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Evaluation - Conduct thorough evaluations of our food products to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborating on Production Moves - Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth transitions of production lines, including commissioning, qualifying, and verifying processes.
  • Food Reviews - Conduct regular food reviews with key stakeholders to ensure our products meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Documenting Process Parameters - Develop and record current process parameters and conditions to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Supporting Optimization Team Tasks - Provide support to our optimization team on tasks such as business continuity, cost savings, and general technical support.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Factory Environment - Proven experience working in a factory environment, with a strong understanding of industrial machine and mechanical processes.
  • Strong Communication and Influencing Skills - Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
  • Sound Knowledge of Industrial Processes - Strong knowledge of industrial processes, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent Analytical and Observational Skills - Excellent analytical and observational skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
