About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team in Carlisle. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team, assisting with the processing of customers' vehicle orders and all associated administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing customers' vehicle orders and associated administration.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of orders.
  • Manage stock, keeping records complete and up to date for new, used, and fleet sales.
  • Provide data for centre financial reporting and customer relationship management.
  • Engage with sales colleagues and other members of the dealership as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative work experience is advantageous, however no specific industry experience is required.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes.
  • High standards of verbal and written communication.
  • Good level of general education - at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent).
  • Good IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and social media skills.
  • Previous work experience within a sales environment would be beneficial.
