* Assisting the MEP Quantity Surveyor
* Conducting measurements
* Providing estimates and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan
* Estimating at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels
* Participating in post-contract cost variances and change control processes
* Managing cost checks and valuations on larger projects
* Producing monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting to clients
* Providing input into value engineering and negotiating final accounts
* Maintaining liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages
