Job Title: Outbound B2B Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in our outsourced services team by combining traditional outbound telemarketing with modern sales development techniques.

About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential business clients, engage them through various communication channels, and set the stage for our clients' sales teams to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate interest in our clients' products and services among potential B2B clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients to facilitate sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for our clients' sales teams with qualified leads.
  • Accurately document and track all sales activities in our CRM system, providing regular updates and insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to develop strategies for effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and provide feedback to refine our sales processes and approaches.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, sales development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the value of our clients' offerings effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse industries and client requirements.
