About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our dynamic team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance products to clients, ensuring they find the perfect solutions for their beauty needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and launches.
  • Contribute to the creation of a visually appealing shopping environment by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • A passion for beauty and a desire to make a positive impact on clients' lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous retail industry or customer service experience is an asset.
