About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for our clients. You will be passionate about beauty and have a desire to understand your client's skin and makeup goals to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Understand client's skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create a visually appealing shopping environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a unique and inspirational in-store experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to clients
