About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Network Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Design and Planning: Perform network modelling, analysis, and planning, including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight and direction to a team of network engineers, ensuring that network tools and infrastructure are maintained to drive excellent service levels.
  • Business Requirements: Help translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring integration of third-party solutions into existing technology and business systems.
  • Technical Strategies: Consistently ensure adherence to relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices.
  • Emerging Technologies: Stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends, and develop expertise in specific areas of networking, such as cloud computing, software-defined networking (SDN), or network security & Automation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive proven experience working as a Senior Network Architect.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of network technologies, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, data-center LAN, SD networks, telephony, mobile solutions infrastructure, unified comms, network management solutions, network-specific security, and remote access technologies.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding of Aruba networking products and solutions, ability to construct and document end-to-end designs for networking solutions, and ability to work independently yet cohesively as part of a distributed team using agile methodologies.
Good to Have
  • AWS and Azure: Experience with AWS and Azure cloud networking, VPCs, and transit gateways.
  • Programming Skills: Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, API, and understanding of Active Directory.
