Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Radiography Apprentices at Oxford University Hospitals Foundation Trust. Working with the University of Exeter as our educational provider, we aim to recruit two talented members of staff to embark on a challenging yet rewarding program.
Main Duties of the Job
This is an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth, with successful completion ensuring apprentices have the skills required to excel as Diagnostic Radiographers.
The program combines work-based practice and on-campus teaching, providing a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
On-campus teaching consists of blocks of days per year, with access to state-of-the-art facilities, including X-ray rooms, MRI scanners, and lab space.
E-learning elements, including lectures, seminars, and online collaborative work, will supplement and further learning, as well as provide academic support.
Work-based practice and learning will allow you to contribute to excellent patient care by obtaining images of high diagnostic quality using complex imaging equipment under the supervision of experienced registered Radiographers.
