Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activity Assistant to join our team at NCN Health. As an Activity Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality activity programs that promote the social, psychological, and physical well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the provision of group-based social and active exercise programs for clients under various funding streams.
- Support the delivery of therapeutic activities that empower clients to participate in decision-making and activity planning.
- Contribute to the promotion, maintenance, and improvement of participant's social, psychological, and physical well-being.
- Collaborate with the Social Support Program team to ensure a high-quality service delivery.
- Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement.
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Community, Disability, Leisure and Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy, Nursing, or Allied Health Assistant qualifications.
- Commitment to enhancing the quality of life of frail aged people, people with disabilities, and their carers.
