Job Title: Director of Strategic Engagement for Hivemind

Shield AI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Engagement for Hivemind to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue for Hivemind in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue for Hivemind in Europe
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in Europe
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Europe
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide market analysis and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the European market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the defense industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies
  • Fluency in a European language
  • Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
