About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales team at Johnson Controls International. As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in supplying quotes to our customers and processing orders through to our planning team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requesting quotes and prices from suppliers
  • Producing technical quotes to our customers
  • Raising orders to our suppliers
  • Dispatching orders, producing delivery notes and relevant certification when requested
  • Liaising with suppliers for delivery dates
  • Providing customer service including updates to customers
  • Seeing order through to invoicing stage
  • Ad hoc admin tasks
  • Managing Pipeline of work
  • Working to targets sets
Requirements
  • Computer literate - to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer first experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload
  • Be able to work to targets and meet KPI's set
  • Product knowledge in the HVAC industrial refrigeration Business is needed
