Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Systems Architect to join our Cyber Security Division at Leonardo. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting a range of cyber security and ICT products and solutions for various sectors, including defence, government, and public organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a specialized engineering team on multiple projects covering cyber security research, digital platform development, and security monitoring solutions.
  • Manage the full systems engineering lifecycle from concept exploration to in-service support.
  • Provide expertise in platform design, development, and testing, focusing on Information Management Systems, Command and Control systems, and Security Monitoring.
  • Take ownership of engineering delivery, including planning, execution, and progress reporting.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in Cloud technologies, Linux/Windows systems, and network infrastructure engineering.
  • Proficiency in AWS engineering, CloudFormation, and scripting based cloud automation.
  • Good understanding of Azure technologies, including core IaaS and SaaS offerings.
  • Strong knowledge of identity, authentication, and security technologies.
