Job Overview

Talent Drive | B Corp® is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead our procurement team. As Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a procurement strategy that drives cost savings, improves supplier relationships, and enhances the overall procurement function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a procurement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient and effective procurement practices
  • Identify and mitigate supplier and supply chain risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement leadership, preferably in a hospitality, retail, or FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers and internal teams
  • MCIPS qualification or equivalent
