Queens Park Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team at a leading care home in Christchurch Dorset.
About the Role:
- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, including those with dementia, palliative, and end-of-life care needs.
- You will lead and empower a team of nurses and carers to provide individualized care plans and promote independence and dignity for our residents.
- You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of excellent care and services that meet the needs of our residents and their families.
Requirements:
- You will be a registered nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with clinical skills and a valid NMC pin.
- You will be passionate about caring for the elderly and committed to providing high-quality care that promotes independence and dignity.
- You will have a working knowledge of Care Inspectorate Standards and Regulations and be able to work using your initiative to improve care quality.
- You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate effective teamwork as part of a multidisciplinary team.
