Health, Safety, Environmental Quality Manager

A motivated Health, Safety, Environmental Quality Manager is required for our market leading, award winning international engineering client based in the UK.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced SHEQ professional to further develop their Health and Safety career long term in a stable and reputable company that champions best practice and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Regularly conduct risk assessments, action plans, audits, investigations, manage training and reports on HSEQ performance
- Ensure Quality Management systems and environmental management systems are maintained to ISO standards, liaise with regulatory bodies and keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practice
- Good Health, Safety, Environmental and quality management experience within the manufacturing, construction, plant hire, production, process plant machinery industries or similar
- NEBOSH Diploma qualification or equivalent level Health and Safety qualification and / or higher Degree in Health and Safety, Degree in Quality Management or a Degree Environmental Sciences or equivalent level experience
- IOSH member- CertIOSH Certification required (other IOSH, IEMA, CQI advantageous)
- Good ISO management experience and knowledge of HSQE legislation and ISO standards ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and passion for HSEQ and continuous improvement, ability to engage, manage and deliver HSEQ to all levels throughout business
- Internal and external Audit experience (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle to get to remote industrial site daily
