A highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety, Environmental Quality Manager is required by our esteemed client, a leading international engineering company based in the Aylesbury area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to further develop their career in a stable and rewarding company that champions best practice and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management within the manufacturing, construction, plant hire, production, process plant machinery industries or similar. They will possess a NEBOSH Diploma qualification or equivalent level Health and Safety qualification and/or a higher Degree in Health and Safety, Degree in Quality Management or a Degree in Environmental Sciences or equivalent level experience.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of ISO management systems and HSQE legislation, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. They will be able to conduct regular risk assessments, action plans, audits, investigations, manage training and report on HSEQ performance.
They will also be responsible for ensuring that Quality Management systems and Environmental Management systems are maintained to ISO standards, liaising with regulatory bodies and keeping up to date with changes in legislation and best practice.
This is a full-time role that requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to remote industrial sites on a daily basis.
