About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Headteacher in school management, delivering high-quality educational programs, and maximizing pupil achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Headteacher in developing and implementing school policies and procedures
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pupil achievement and progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school improvement plans
  • Ensure high levels of quality and compliance in all aspects of school operations
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience in an SEN environment, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, pupils, and parents
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives
