Production Supervisor Job Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at our Taunton site. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a small team and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will work closely with the Production Manager to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a small team of production staff
* Ensure production processes are running efficiently and effectively
* Monitor and maintain high-quality standards
* Work closely with the Production Manager to achieve production targets
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production operations

**Requirements**

* Previous production supervisory experience
* Happy working for a growing family business
* Previous experience in the food, drink, or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector
* Ability to work flexible hours, including 6.30am starts
* Forklift license helpful but not essential

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary up to £32k depending on experience
* Overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate
